What was the highlight of HERTZ Hotel
Pleasant
Excellently located, right outside the Metro station entrance. Quiet in the rooms considering the lively street atmosphere below it. Appreciated the provided device charger.
It could've been cleaner than it was, some stains on the towels and bedsheets, and the floor was quite dusty even at check-in. As others have mentioned the towels are very small. We sometimes hit our heads on the lights and the TV which is mounted on the ceiling and quite low. Finally, we came back one day to find our room door wasn't closed properly by the cleaner. The hotel has no security on the front door or lift so anybody could've gotten in. Luckily nothing was taken but this was alarming.

Good value for money stay
The beds were super comfortable. Location is great and lively.
The showerhead in the bath wasn't convenient or easy to use. It was very messy to shower. The towels were very small. The remote control wasn't working very well. Couldn't watch TV

Good
Location is very good. It's walking distance to Insadong, and a minute walk to 3 subway stations. They let you store your luggage in their lobby before check in and even after checkout (max 2hrs after checkout). Bathroom is bigger than other hotels we've checked out. They accommodated our request to move our booking a day later due to flight delays caused by typhoon.
Small room, no cabinets/closets for clothes so our bags are on the floor and we can't organise our things. No bidet in the toilet We can't control the aircon/heater They dont replenish the toiletries and water everyday.
